We are very excited to be showcasing some Riesling alongside @marionsvineyard and @bellebonnetas at this year’s @bofafilmfestival in #launceston! After a screening on Saturday May 1, come along for a Q and A and tasting at the plough followed by a couple drinks and a chat. The perfect follow up to a film about harvest in Burgundy, as we wrap up harvest here in Tasmania!

Foot treading our last few Pinot ferments to break down whole bunches at the bottom, releasing the last sugars for the yeast to ferment :) smells amazing, feels warmer than the winery!

Today is our last pick for V2021- Eylandt Reserve Riesling, from a single vineyard site in Pipers River. Looking amazing and we’re also looking forward to a long slow ferment in seasoned French oak to allow the delicate flavours of this special wine to develop over the next few months in constant contact with the yeast lees.

Aged French oak puncheons filled with red Pinot Meunier! A few months rest and there’ll be a new Wolfe at the Door...
