Today is our last pick for V2021- Eylandt Reserve Riesling, from a single vineyard site in Pipers River. Looking amazing and we’re also looking forward to a long slow ferment in seasoned French oak to allow the delicate flavours of this special wine to develop over the next few months in constant contact with the yeast lees.

Aged French oak puncheons filled with red Pinot Meunier! A few months rest and there’ll be a new Wolfe at the Door...

Christmas has come again!

Lovely colour and extraction on our new Wolfe at the Door release for 2021- Pinot Meunier from the East Coast of Tassie. Beautiful flavours and bright delicate aromas. This batch should be pressed tomorrow to then rest for a few months in old French oak puncheons and barrels.

First batch of Wolfe at the Door Pinot 2021- 50% whole cluster, gently plunged during ferment and pressed before dryness to promote bright fruit flavours and smooth tannins. #delish #pinot #tasmania

Riesling after the rain! Freshly leaf plucked to allow more air flow and assist with the last couple weeks of ripening- this beautiful patch is from the West Tamar and is coming along oh so nicely!
