The hallmarks of our Riesling are crispness, texture and fruit power. Extended skin and lees contact and partial fermentation in old French oak barrels, along with meticulous attention to detail in both the vineyard and winery mean we can coax our fabulous fruit into a wine with a sense of place. It bursts with citrus and blossom characters, while the racing Tasmanian acidity drives a long pallet full of depth and complexity.
